Get your flu shot!
It is not too late to benefit from a flu shot.  The flu season has several more
months to go.  And the flu can be deadly for the elderly and for infants, as well as
for those who have compromised immune systems due to medication such as that
given as chemotherapy or for severe arthritis, for example.

Depending on your age and condition, you may think: "I'd rather get the flu-I am
not very elderly and am not on any treatment".  This may be true.  However, if you
get the flu and expose an old person, like a friend or a parent, or a baby, your
illness could end up as a very severe problem for someone else. So do it, if not for
yourself, then for other people.

This website seeks to educate and inspire everyone (including those of us in
our
40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond) to TAKE CHARGE of your own
health, which is essential for longevity.
