Relationships focuses on the importance of
others in keeping us healthy and living
longer, including
spouses, pets, and friends,
and gives some practical ideas about how to
cope with loss, an inevitable consequence of
living longer.
Vision-Hearing  section includes advice on how to take
good care of our eyes and ears.

Constipation-Urination discusses the topics of digestion,
constipation, prostate problems, and female urinary
incontinence.

Exercise discuss exercises to keep the muscles,joints, gait
(walking) and balance, healthy.  Exercise is the most
important thing you can do to significantly impact your
health, and longevity.
