• Exercise is the most important thing you can do to impact your health and the aging process.
  • In order to avoid injury when exercising, “start low and go slow”, that is, don’t begin with an overly arduous plan.
  • Start with something simple, and gradually increase the amount of time you spend doing it if you can.
  • If you feel pain, stop.  Pain is a warning that something is wrong, and it should never be ignored.
